In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "vk999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the vk999 platform, its operating entity, and its licensed affiliates as applicable under the international gaming licence governing this platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the vk999 website accessible at vk999.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any affiliated application or portal through which vk999 services are delivered.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or interacts with the vk999 Platform in any way.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered player account created on the vk999 Platform, associated with a unique username and registered mobile number or email address.
• "Balance" — refers to the real-money PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held within a user's Account, deposited through approved payment methods and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to any promotional credit, free spin value, or bonus funds credited to an Account under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming, wagering, betting, promotional, and account services available through the vk999 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and the HRG Live and Ultra Treasure product categories.
• "Applicable Law" — refers to all laws, regulations, and licence conditions applicable to the operation of the vk999 Platform under its international gaming licence.

To register and maintain an Account on the vk999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either through vk999 or through any national or international responsible gaming scheme.
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of vk999 or any of its gaming content providers.

Account registration requires provision of a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password meeting vk999's complexity requirements, and completion of identity verification using a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport. vk999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle to comply with its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the vk999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different device or network combinations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vk999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account. Any activity conducted using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to vk999 in writing prior to such activity.

All information provided to vk999 during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles vk999 to suspend or terminate your Account without notice and without obligation to return any balance pending resolution of the misrepresentation.

An Account that records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. vk999 will notify the registered contact details prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee, which will be deducted from any remaining balance until either the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the user.

vk999 operates using Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the default account currency. All balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements displayed on the Platform are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transaction equivalents.

vk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). vk999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without advance notice, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods are PKR 1,000. The minimum USDT deposit is the equivalent of approximately PKR 2,800 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction. vk999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges which are outside vk999's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to four (4) hours. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour following blockchain confirmation requirements. Processing times may be extended where a withdrawal is subject to a security review, KYC verification hold, or bonus wagering requirement completion check.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit to that Account. This requirement is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies without exception. vk999 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

vk999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction pending verification of the transaction's legitimacy, compliance with AML obligations, or completion of the Account holder's KYC verification. A hold does not constitute a denial; vk999 will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the Account holder via the registered contact details.

All bets, wagers, and gaming sessions at vk999 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or market — including cricket betting rules, live casino game rules as set by the relevant provider, and slot game rules as certified by the relevant developer. These product-specific rules supplement these Terms and are accessible within each game or market.

Sports betting markets at vk999 — including PSL matches, international cricket series, football, basketball, and UFC events — are subject to the vk999 Sportsbook Rules. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and event. vk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been affected by confirmed corruption, error in odds publication, or technical failure at the time of placement.

Live casino games at vk999 are operated by certified third-party live studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Super Spade Games. Game outcomes are determined by physical events in real time and are subject to the rules and procedures of the relevant studio operator. vk999 does not control game outcomes and is not responsible for disconnections resulting in missed betting windows during live play.

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or network interruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or gaming round, vk999 will investigate and apply the most equitable resolution available under the circumstances. This may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake, or applying the documented outcome where a reliable record is available. vk999's determination in such matters is final.

vk999 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. vk999 reserves the right to exclude any Account from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated per promotion and denominated in PKR.
• Welcome bonuses are available only on a player's first qualifying deposit. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome offers will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances and Account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. They have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawal of a real-money balance before bonus wagering requirements are completed will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vk999 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent bonus restrictions or pending account limitations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner that is not through the standard user interface.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multi-player product.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an advantage not intended by the game design or promotional rules.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine wagering risk, commonly referred to as bonus abuse.
• Funding an Account using payment credentials that belong to a third party, or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the account relationship.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication toward vk999 staff or other users through any channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Accounts of other users without authorisation.

vk999 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational obligation. vk999 gaming services are available exclusively to users aged 21 and above. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when reduced and have a 72-hour delay before they may be increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month, beyond which no further wagers are permitted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a session exceeds a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions from 24 hours up to 30 days, during which no deposits or wagers may be made. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed before they expire.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion that disables your Account across all products and prevents re-registration. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without vk999's prior written consent.

The games accessible through the vk999 Platform are the intellectual property of their respective developers and providers. Game trademarks, brand names, and content remain the property of the originating studio. vk999 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, vk999's aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

vk999 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or commentary.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any of its Services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the user has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

The vk999 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vk999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond personal entertainment use. vk999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times or that all Services will be available in all territories.

vk999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• KYC or AML compliance obligations require restriction of the Account pending investigation.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Regulatory requirements mandate the closure of accounts originating from a specific jurisdiction.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated by vk999 following a confirmed breach, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation, offset against losses caused by the breach, or forfeited to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

You may close your vk999 Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending withdrawal requests and bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the closure date.

vk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the vk999 Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days notice before the changes take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by Applicable Law or a regulatory directive, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the vk999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment and request withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, except where superseded by an amendment that was in effect at the time the relevant event occurred.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vk999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of a user's local jurisdiction, the user is solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their personal jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, the Platform, or any Services, the following procedure shall apply:

• Stage 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact vk999 customer support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. vk999 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide an initial response within 10 business days.
• Stage 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Stage 1 to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to vk999's senior compliance team, who will conduct an independent review and respond within a further 10 business days.
• Stage 3 — Independent Review: If Stage 2 does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to an independent adjudication body as specified under the Platform's applicable gaming licence conditions.

Pending resolution of any dispute, neither party is relieved of its obligations under these Terms. Unresolved balance disputes will be held in a restricted Account status — funds will not be forfeited during an active, good-faith dispute process.

These Terms and Conditions were last revised on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
